University Ambassador Program
Ambassadors are eager to serve as campus leaders, collaborating closely with faculty, fellow students, and the office of undergraduate admissions. They conduct campus and group tours for prospective students, represent the university at on campus events, and engage in outreach efforts to attract students.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Will include but are not limited to the following:
- Lead campus tours during scheduled hours or specified programs.
- Support the recruitment efforts of the Office of University Admissions.
- Assist Admissions Counselors/Staff with various projects.
- Meet with prospective students and families to share the NJCU experience.
- Provide assistance with office tasks, including answering phones and other administrative duties as needed.
- Participate in calling campaigns when required
Eligibility for the Admissions Ambassadors program:
- Full-time student.
- Must have completed 12 college credits.
- Must maintain a 2.50 cumulative GPA.
- Must complete the Admissions Ambassador application.
- Students should recognize the significance and level of commitment required for this role.
- Demonstrate pride and enthusiasm for the university.
Student Ambassadors must be enrolled full time, maintain a 2.50 or higher GPA, and have completed 12 college level courses to submit an application. To apply, please complete and submit the following application:
