The NJCU Division of Finance and Operations serves the University by creating and sustaining the resources that enable it to achieve its mission and become a premier metropolitan institution of higher education.
The Division is made up of four main areas: Student Affairs (including residential life and athletics), the Office of the Dean of Students, Student Leadership and Engagement, and University Communications and Marketing.
The Office of the Provost houses the Provost, who is the chief divisional administrator of the University's academic programs, policies, procedures and departments. Academic Affairs also oversees admissions and enrollment management.
The Division of Strategic Initiatives and Institutional Effectiveness supports student success and serves the university mission by increasing organizational capacity for continuous improvement.
